We like to stay ahead of the curve in the fabric room, and June saw the arrival of our first few seasonal fabric collections! We’re not going to go full festive on you quite yet though, lets have a peek at what else is new to the shelves and coming up soon.
Due Soon…
We’re thrilled to be welcoming Jill Howarth’s designs for Riley Blake back to the fabric room later this summer. Long time Wool Warehouse fabric fans might remember Jill’s irresistible Peter Pan themed ‘Neverland’ collection from a few years ago, and this time, she has turned her paintbrush to another favourite childhood character in ‘100 Aker Woods‘.

This one-of-a-kind fabric collection will delight all ages with familiar faces from A. A. Milne’s beloved stories, including Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore, Piglet, and Christopher Robin. Immerse yourself in Jill’s cute hand-drawn elements that come to life in a summery palette of pink, blush, green, blue, and gold. Look out for this delightful range from August 2024 and sign up for an email notification for your favourite designs!

Just In
New in from Moda, ‘Ebony Suite‘ revisits William Morris’s iconic designs, with a nod to London’s famous mists and foggy streets. Curated by designer Barbara Brackman these classic prints are re-coloured in elegant undertones from ebony black to champagne ivory. The collection includes 19th century London’s perennial favourites, the pimpernel primrose and willow boughs, rendered in a shady filigree. Ebony Suite’s Strawberry Thief print is recreated in the colouring of London’s nightingale thrush, Morris’s famous fruit garden raider.

This moody, tonal collection will work beautifully as a stand alone palette in a contemporary quilt, or would make excellent neutral blenders to showcase other traditional William Morris designs:
Step right this way into the enchanting world of Sally Mountain’s ‘Spellbound‘ collection, which has just arrived from Dashwood Studio. Curious cats, occult apothecaries, and hauntingly beautiful florals come together to create a spellbinding tapestry of witchy inspired wonders. Dashwood’s gothic ‘not-just-for-halloween’ collections have gained a bit of a cult following among our customers, and this collection has been flying off the shelves (perhaps you can tell that our bolt of the amazing cat print is already looking diminished!).
