March Yarns and Projects 💖

Happy March-time! Thankfully we got to see some blue skies, and that yellow blob in the sky that I think could be the sun! We’ve seen a move in orders, to more cotton based projects, which we’re guessing are for some lovely summer projects. I am currently using the Yarnsmiths Cotton Aran in the beautiful Olive Green to make a shirt, hoping it will be crocheted for the summer! Anyway, shall we see what’s new in the warehouse?

Made from 99% Superior Acrylic and 1% Metallic, Cygnet Boho Spirit Highlights strikes the perfect harmony between durability and softness, enhanced by a subtle shimmer that lends an air of refined elegance. In both natural and artificial light, the shimmer reveals itself in varied ways, sometimes appearing as a gentle sheen and at other times radiating a delicate twinkle, making Boho Spirit Highlights a fabulous choice for projects that capture attention.

We’ve had five new shades of Drops Brushed Alpaca Silk in stock, all of which work in contrast with each other. The range introduced two new greens, Olive Green and Wheat Field, plus three rich shades, Dark Grape, Dark Navy and Plum Wine. This yarn’s feather light and surprisingly warm features make it suitable for both small and large garments, and it can be knitted relatively fast on larger needles. Drops Brushed Alpaca Silk can be used as an effect yarn when worked together with other yarns for lovely soft results!
