Rachele Carmona, whose design brand is Cypress Textiles, hails from USA and began crocheting as a hobby in 2012.  Soon, that hobby turned into her design business, and slowly grew to what it is today!  Ramona describes her signature style as “cosy maximalism”, and finds design inspiration in architecture, quilts, nature and fine art.  Bright and quirky yet warm colours are Ramona’s favourite combinations, although she embraces every colour in the rainbow in her designs!  Ramona has published a book, The Art of Crochet Blankets, and her designs have also been featured in many magazines.  When Ramona isn’t crocheting or designing, she can be found reading a good book or trying new recipes for her family to enjoy.
