It’s our penultimate edition of Fabric Focus for 2024 and what a fantastic year of crafting we’ve had and seen thus far. We’re back this week with another Christmas special – well, our version anyway! We’ll return to our less-seasonal programming soon, but as it’s the beginning of December and following with the festivities of our last post, we’re excited to unpack what’s in Santa’s sleigh this week.
Fun, festive and whimsical throughout, Christmas Miniatures 2 from P&B Textiles sure does bring the merriment and we can’t get enough!
Picking our favourites has only gotten tougher as the year’s gone on, and this was certainly no exception to that rule!
Gonks, Dogs and the busy Winter Village are some of our top picks, yet the mugs filled with Hot Chocolate and candy canes make us want to hunker down with our latest project with a Hallmark movie on in the background. Ooh, and an open fire. Well, if we’re picturing things!
As you can tell, we’re finding it tough to not get swept away in the Christmas spirit, here!
The collection really encapsulates the joy of this time of year, featuring plenty of motifs to bring a smile to any lover of the festive season.
Each design doesn’t leave you shy of inspiration, either. Those cute little Christmas Trees can quickly be made into a set of festive coasters, and the Cats would certainly make a great stocking for yourself or your feline friend!
You could also have a dig through your stash and see what other themed scraps you have from last year; why not add a little patchwork element?
