This week, we’re popping the confetti and celebrating a whopping 13 years of Wool Warehouse! That’s 13 years of amazing yarns, 13 years of incredible customers, and 13 years of our truly fabulous team making it all happen!
If you’ve been with us from the start, you might know a bit about our story (and if not, you can find out here!). We opened our warehouse doors 13 years ago in the very same building we all work in now. We’ve filled every nook and cranny in this warehouse with even more beautiful yarns, funky needlecraft and gorgeous fabrics. Our teams have grown (thanks pandemic!), to keep up with all your woolly orders! We introduced our Yarnsmiths range in 2022, and it’s been a whirlwind. You’ve all fallen head over heels in the love with every range, and that makes our little woolly hearts sing 💓
Even with all the growth, Wool Warehouse is still very much family owned. You’ll still find Holly and Andy right here in the warehouse, working hard on Yarnsmiths launches, and coming up with new ranges! Their family has grown too, with two gorgeous kids, Cooper the dog, and of course their alpacas! They’ve recently welcomed two adorable guinea pigs, Pepper and Nibbles to the family.
So, from all of us, our amazing customer service team, led by the lovely Adam who you see on social media, to our super friendly and helpful goods-in team, and our wonderfully busy dispatch team, right through to the marketing team, every single one of us here at Wool Warehouse is incredibly grateful to our customers!
