Hello May! Sunnier days have certainly arrived, although I won’t lie, this month has been pretty up to the standard of good ole British weather, with rain, hail and sun appearing all in one day. We’ve had a flurry of new things in the warehouse, plus we’re planning lots of pattern launches for Yarnsmiths, so plenty to be getting on with! Let’s have a look what’s new shall we? FYI, this is the last month our Monthly Round Up will be separate. From June, our monthly round up posts will be consolidated to all be together, yarn, projects and fabric π
Spotlights in the Warehouse

I posted about Baa Ram Ewe Linseed on our social media last week, as it’s such a gorgeous yarn! This lace weight yarn has a fibre content of both Linen and Cotton, so it needed to be featured for this month, so you crafters can all cast on and start those summer projects! The range comes in 14 gorgeous colours, all which have a nice earthy and muted tone to them. The yarn creates lightweight, airy, and breathable garments and is spun from a blend of 60% linen, sourced from France and Belgium, and 40% cotton slub from Spain. It links natural resilience with a subtle, textured finish, offering both durability and comfort. Baa Ram Ewe Linseed Lace is perfectly suited to environmentally conscious makers who value timeless, understated beauty. Shop the range HERE.

Another range that joined us this month is Rico Creative Make It Perlchen, a lovely addition to the Make It Collection from Rico. Delicate glass beads are threaded onto the 100% Lyocell carrier thread to add a captivating element to a project. Available in seven gorgeous shades that either complement or beautifully contrast any project you are working on. Simply knit (or crochet) this shimmering thread alongside your main yarn to add instant sparkle and dimension. This versatile yarn lets you create dimension and eye catching details with every stitch! Shop HERE
