Fabric Focus – Jungle Paradise 🌴

What we’ve always known about summer has felt like a somewhat allegation thus far, so we’re here to change those dreary days around to some under the sun, this week. Taking you into the depths of the rainforest with rich greens and vivid pinks, Moda’s Jungle Paradise is sure to get you feeling totally tropical.

Stacy Iest Hsu (pronounced Stacy East Shoe) has to be one of my favourite designers, and with neon colourways being so prevalent throughout the collection, Jungle Paradise was quickly cemented as a firm fave for me in the fabric aisles!

Talking with Moda when the collection was released, Stacy cited her honeymoon in Belize and Guatemala as her inspirations for the range.

Much like her many other collections, the sheer variety she offers proves that there’s something for everyone.

Bringing maximalist prints into living areas or some roar-some prints into a nursery, Jungle Paradise continues to excite and thrive in any room.

There’s lots of inspiration to be had when taking in the full collection, however the panel of some super cute animals really does speak for itself. Whether a gift for the little ones or making them for yourself, these four vibrant furry and feathered friends are too cute to leave on the bolt.

Thankfully for us all, the panel’s complete with instructions – it’s up to you to provide the fruity drinks and summer bangers. And although the drinks may famously be free at Club Tropicana, it’s always best to sew responsibly!

Sometimes you have to act fast when the sun is actually shining…

Just a peek behind the curtain as we get ‘the shot’ – LOL.

Happy sewing, gang!
