December’s here once again and for those who celebrate, it gets harder and harder to think of the perfect gift each year. But stress not! We’re here and we’ve curated the perfect little gift guide to help fill those stockings with pressies for under £20. Why not pop the kettle on, sit down and have a scroll through these ideas that’ll make Father Christmas wish he’d thought of them first.

Now we know we said stocking fillers, but some of these may be a little larger than your stocking of choice – we’re sure your loved ones won’t mind!

We love Emma Ball’s designs, so it’s no shocker that her and her collaborations are featured a fair amount here. We’re not sponsored in any way, we’re just big fans and we think you will be too once you feast your eyes on these perfect little presents!

Speaking of stockings once more, why not use one of the Emma Ball or the Janie Crow collaboration project bags, instead! Not only would the bag be the perfect gift, you could also fill it with other crafty bits and bobs that will put a smile on any maker’s face – a real win-win.

Starting from just £13.99, there are plenty of bags in different designs to choose from. Yet some of our favourites include the Sheep in Sweaters Bucket Bag, the Persian Tiles Tote and the Mystical Lanterns Drawstring Bag, both featuring Janie Crow’s stunning crochet designs. However if you’re thinking of saving a loved one’s notions from rolling around, the zipped pouches will easily be a welcomed addition to any crafting stash.

Sometimes we’ve ticked off the ‘main’ gifts someone’s asked for and may have some funds left in the kitty to grab a couple of other items. Some may not think stationery and crafting go hand in hand, but for us in the warehouse and crafters around the world, we couldn’t even think about starting a project without a notebook or a handy list!

The Sheep, Alpaca and Friends Project Folder could be just the thing your yarn lover is looking for. Small but mighty in A5, this folder features graphed paper, project planners and wishlists, with other features that are sure to be a dream for the already, or aspiring, organised crafter. It even comes with handy printed gauges and rulers on the inside of the folder itself – we love!

The Persian Tiles Project Notes Book is a little more slimline, yet still ticks a fair few of the above boxes. However, if your loved one prefers to set themselves up but remain just as stylish, the Indigo Dreams Bound Notebook may be the ideal gift for them. Why not grab them the Persian Tiles Pencil Case, too? Not only is the waxed cotton case perfect for their writing instruments, it’s the perfect way to store those loose hooks and needles, too.

Another fab little easy fill are these fabric fat quarter bundles from Craft Cotton Company. Featuring five designs, there’s plenty of ways to use these pieces for some stunning makes. Our favourites at the moment have to include a couple of new additions to the fabric department!

We adore the tones used in Peter Rabbit’s Winter Fruits, the roar-some motifs and Dinosaurs from Jurassic Park and Savannah Rawson’s gorgeous illustrations in Poppy Queen. Yet if these aren’t ticking anything off of your Christmas lists just yet, you can view the full collection of the Craft Cotton Company fat quarter bundles HERE.

These Charm Packs from Moda are any quilter’s favourite. Containing 42 pieces per pack, there are a number of ways to use and create something beautiful with each bundle. The one’s we’d love to see in our stockings this year are the Cadence pack by Crystal Manning, the super-cute Willow’s Farm from Deb Strain and our dream residence in Quaint Cottage by Gingiber.

For someone who’s wanting to try out a new craft, these kits from Hawthorn Handmade are perfect. Not only are they wallet friendly, they all come with thorough instructions on how your loved ones and friends can get started. Perhaps learning something new could slot easily into their new year resolutions!

Hawthorn Handmade always excel in having something a little different and our favourites certainly reflect that. We’re loving the Celestial Pennant, the cutest little Stegosaurus mini felting kit and the picturesque Dorset Days mini embroidery kit.

Trimits are another of our favourites in the warehouse; not only do they offer a variety of beautiful kits in different diciplines, they’re incredible value for money for what you receive. Each kit comes with fabric, a needle, stranded cottons and clear instructions on how to bring each project to completion.

Our top picks are quite new to the filing cabinets! We’re loving the Stack of Books Bookmark – perfect for any avid readers! Plus, we’re a sucker for a shelfie with this beautiful embroidered Floral Shelf kit. Yet if your loved one likes to go-big-or-go-home, the Harbour View cross stitch kit comes in at an impressive 50cms x 50cms! Although the views may be vast, its price feels the opposite at just £14.99. There’s plenty of other Trimits goodies to discover right HERE.

We also have a wide range of thread storage, needle minders and project bags which are perfect for any stitcher. Why not grab a few notions to add to your special someone’s stash? We’re loving the new Nurge hoops at the moment!

Speaking of notions…

We’ve got notions a’plenty and they’re fabulous ones, too. Ranging from Emma Ball storage tins, to Stitch Markers, tape measures, beautiful Peacock Scissors from DMC and more, there’s quite the range to gift any sewer or crafter.

If someone’s just starting out, we’re loving the Korbond Starter Sewing Kits! For just £10, the kit includes threads, a pair of scissors, a tape measure and more.
