New Year’s Resolutions 📆 Adam

Reflecting over this year’s crafty creations has been a joyous trip down memory lane for me, so I thought I’d ask a few of our lovely Woolly Workers as well! I recently caught up with Annette and Francesca to ask all about the projects that made their year and what they may have coming up in 2025. For today’s, however, I’m asking customer service manager, Adam!

Hi, Adam! What lovely things have you made in 2024?

2024 has been very good in terms of making crafty creations. The year started by making a crochet granny square jumper, and then that turned into other crocheted cardigans/summer shirts, they are just so nice and simple to make in my spare time.

I also started a knitted jumper which is now part of my WIP pile, I really need to get it back out and finish it, I have made the yoke and just need to finish the body and the sleeves. I recently designed a knitted hat pattern, Jude Fisher Hat, which was launched in November, I have been knitting hats like crazy!

My last project for 2024, is going to be a sewing project, I want to make a quilted Christmas tree skirt made from remnants and scraps.

What are you hoping to finish in 2025? Are there any project you’re hoping to start?

My plans for 2025 are to make some shirts out of some beautiful Indian fabric I have in my stash, and to try and use more yarn from my stash to make new things for my wardrobe!

Can’t wait to see those! Are there any other resolutions that you’d like to share that may be non-crafting related?

My New Year’s resolution will be to continue with my health and fitness journey, recently found I love running and I need to make sure I go on more nice long country walks with my husband and my dog Eadie.

Thanks, Adam! We can wait to see what you create and achieve in 2025!

I’ll check in with Adam, Francesca and Annette again in June and perhaps they’ll have an update for us! Be sure to check back in a few days for our next set of New Year’s Resolutions.

If you’d like to share yours, we’d love to hear them! Tag us in your posts using #WWResolutions – we can’t wait to see what you might be making for next year! 📆
