Spotlights in the Warehouse

We’ll start this Round Up with two new arrivals from Rico. Meri Mohair Prints and Melange Alpaca Wonderball DK are both contenders for your next autumnal knit. Meri Mohair is a DK 100g ball with 300m per ball. Because of the structure of the yarn, you can use a 4mm – 4.5mm hook or needle, but depending on your project, you can use any size to give the desired effect. The fibre content is xxxxxxx, making it warm, soft and breathable. We can see the Fresh Lime being used for this season, as brights are very much *in* πββοΈπ
Melange Alpaca Wonderball is another DK range, comes in 8 gorgeous mottled shades with a fibre content of 18% Wool, 40% Acrylic and 42% Alpaca. With a high alpaca content and a light, silky touch, this colourful gradient yarn is incredibly soft. The subtle colour changes allow you to effortlessly create delicate transitions as you craft cosy sweaters, flowing wraps and delicate accessories with both elegant drape and comfort. We know how popular variegated yarns are, and this DK range is super soft, and easy to work with! You could use this range with any DK pattern, as long as the tension matches. Rico have some gorgeous patterns which would pair well with this range.
